Neil is an experienced international real estate professional with past positions at global leaders Knight Frank and Sherry FitzGerald, where he represented top tier European developers. He has travelled the globe working with stakeholders throughout Europe, Asia and North America. Neil is committed to an informative process that ensures a smooth transaction for brokers and buyers alike.

Honed over a decade in real estate, Alicia has a superhuman ability to anticipate the needs of all stakeholders. She oversees developer relationships, including legal, administration, and project marketing. Alicia also leads the charge in executing our signature Austin Birch project launches.

With eight years of experience in the real estate industry, Tanya excels at every stage of the development process: from launching projects to ensuring all is in order behind the scenes and in the presentation gallery. A human ‘swiss army knife’ according to the team, multi-skilled Tanya relishes the communication aspects of her role, acting as the crucial link between buyers, brokers and developers. With a university degree in Marketing Management, Audrey is responsible for the evolution and quality control of the Austin Birch brand. She applies her natural eye for design to our clients' brands with the same dedication and care, crafting compelling messages and visuals.
